Translation.

We are a translation company based in multicultural Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada, where translation services are in high demand. Professional translation plays a vital role in numerous aspects of communication, whether used to communicate with international clients or for educational purposes. Certified translations of documents are often required for immigration, legal or other official purposes.

Certified Document Translation

Certified translation of documents are most often requested for immigration, legal, medical and credential evaluation purposes. Our certified translators meet the requirements of the Canadian government to provide translation of supporting documents for applications. Our certified translation includes the certified translator’s statement, date, signature and certified membership information.

Immigration Purposes

Certified translation is the most requested service by our individual clients. Our certified translators often translate documents for submission to CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada), IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). Our certified translators meet the requirements of the Canadian government to provide translation of supporting documents for applications. In most cases, as long as the translations are done by certified translators that meet the requirements of the Canadian government, a notarized affidavit won’t be required.  If you have been given specific requirements for your documents, simply let us know and we will prepare them accordingly. We can help with certified translations for all immigration purposes, including PR (Permanent Residence) application/renewal, citizenship application, or spousal sponsorship.

Our certified translators can also provide certified translations from English into other languages for use overseas. If needed, we can also provide a notarized affidavit.

Most Requested Documents:

  • ID

  • Birth certificate

  • Marriage certificate

  • Police certificate/clearance

  • Communication record (Whatsapp/WeChat messages, email, letters, etc)

  • Academic transcript

  • Entry & Exit stamps in passports

  • Financial records

Court and Legal Purposes

We are proud to be the chosen certified translation service provider to many law firms in Canada.  Our certified translators are experienced in translating documents for legal and court purposes. We also provided certified translations to many individual clients for such purposes.

Credential Translation

We often provide certified translations for credentials. Most often they are for submission to academic institutions, or credential evaluation services such as WES (World Education Services). Certified translators do not have the authority to perform credential evaluation or determine what a credential in one country is equivalent to in another. Certified translators can and must provide word-for-word translations of credentials.

Medical Records

We often provide certified translations of medical record documents so clients can provide to health providers or submit for insurance or legal purposes.

Notarized Translation

Sometimes our customers require a notarized translation. This means that the translation is accompanied by an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the translator’s language proficiency. The translator signs the affidavit in front of a notary or a commissioner authorized to administer oaths.

Professional Translation

We are a proud language translation provider to a wide range of clients which include companies, law-firms, non-profits and government agencies. Our translation project managers are experienced in handling multi-lingual projects to guarantee a smooth process, resulting in quality translations.
